Elmwood Park, N.J.-based Phillips Precision Medicraft has appointed Stan Janosz as its new director of continuous improvement, a post which typically means evaluating current systems and using data to improve them. Phillips Precision Medicraft (PPM) is a contract manufacturer of advanced orthopedic implants, instrumentation, delivery systems, cases and trays.

Janosz comes to PPM with 25 years of contract manufacturing experience, the last 20 focused on medical device manufacturing and process improvements. He last worked for Triangle Manufacturing Company Inc. where he served first as director of operations and manufacturing and then director of quality assurance and regulatory affairs.
