Orchid Hires New Chief Operations Officer

Ben Hutson joins Orchid’s Leadership Team to help advance the company as a premier provider of orthopedic implant solutions.

Orchid Orthopedic Solutions has appointed Ben Huston as its Chief Operations Officer. Huston joins the Leadership Team to further solidify the company as a premier provider of orthopedic implant solutions.
 
Nate Folkert, Orchid’s Chief Executive Officer, said, “We are excited to have someone of Ben’s experience and caliber join the team. He will continue to help Orchid be the premier provider to our Orthopedic customers.”
 
Huston has over three decades of experience in the medical device industry. He was most recently tenured as Senior Vice President of Operations at Zimvie. Huston helped develop high-performing manufacturing sites while fostering an empowering, resilient, and curious culture.
 
Huson has a bachelor’s degree in Cell Biology from Barton College and an Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) in International Business from Mercer University. He also completed several post-graduate programs at Georgia Tech focusing on risk management, finance, and mid-management.
