Orchid Orthopedic Solutions (Orchid) has added two seasoned professionals to its commercial leadership team. Justin Walsh joins the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Josh Thompson has been promoted to Vice President of Commercial Operations and Strategy.
 
Walsh has over 23 years in the medical device industry, having developed customer-centric solutions for multiple companies. Walsh was previously tenured at Stryker, Conmed, and Biologos. At Orchid, he aims to address customer challenges, enhancing the ability of OEMs to improve patient care. 
 
Thompson has been with Orchid since 2011, and this promotion reflects his contributions and accomplishments since joining the company. His expertise ranges in financial analysis and strategic planning. In his new position, Thompson aims to enhance efficiency and agility for swift deliveries of Orchid’s supply chain and technology solutions.
