gSource has launched two new product offerings: the Sierra disc prep set and gSV line of surgical instruments.

The Sierra disc prep set is a solution to simplify and elevate disc space preparation in spinal fusion surgery—specifically for ALIF, LLIF, and customized approaches. Surgeons choose from a curated portfolio of instruments ranging from elevators and curettes to distractors and rongeurs to craft a set built to support their exact approach.

Each instrument is organized in a sterilization case that keeps instruments bundled together in bracketed trays. Each instrument meets FDA and EU MDR compliance standards, and additional configurations will become available soon.

The Sierra disc prep set will be on display and available to order at NASS 2025.

The gSV surgical instruments were created for surgeons and buyers shopping online to have reliable surgical instruments at an accessible price. Over 260 instruments are available at launch and additional products are planned, the company said. gSV instruments are FDA-registered and ISO 13485-compliant, meeting OR-grand standards.

The instruments are available in both reusable and single-use options, with each one backed by the company’s Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee.

“gSV was designed to simplify access to gSource’s surgical instruments by offering high-quality, value-driven options,” said Jakub Buron, gSource’s commercial sales manager. “It’s built with the needs of today’s cost-conscious healthcare professionals in mind, delivering reliability without compromise.”

gSource is an ARCH Medical Solutions company—it was acquired in 2023.
