The American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives (AAOE) has extended Venel’s Full Service and Practice Growth Service participation in its Peer Review Program for orthopedic and musculoskeletal vendors.

AAOE’s Peer Review Program evaluates vendors of orthopedic products, services, and solutions, and approves those that advance orthopedic practice objectives.

“It has been an honor to be part of the AAOE Peer Review Program for the past three years, and we’re excited to continue that recognition,” Venel Co-President Tony Edwards said. “Our mission remains the same: to be the leading full-service marketing partner dedicated exclusively to helping orthopedic practices grow and thrive nationwide.”

The Peer Review Program alleviates any stress AAOE members experience when searching for new solutions by recommending vendors that can best meet the community’s needs. The program requires prospective vendors to be evaluated via a thorough, 11-step process that includes supporting materials submission, access to existing and prospective customers for end user and voice of customer surveys, and an AAOE Member Peer Review Panel evaluation to determine whether alignment exists.

The evaluation process focuses on identifying vendors whose values align with AAOE’s and offer:

  • Enhanced productivity for the individual user and customer’s organization
  • Ease of installation and use
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Good value for the price
  • Excellent technical support and customer service

In the Peer Review process survey, all respondents agreed or strongly agreed they would recommend Venel to their colleagues, while 92% strongly agree or agree that Venel’s full service and practice-growth service solutions exceed expectations.

“AAOE’s thrilled Venel’s full service and practice-growth service solution has earned our Peer Reviewed designation,” stated AAOE President Joseph Mathews, practice administrator at OrthoLoneStar. “Knowing that fellow administrators who understand the unique challenges we face in orthopedic and musculoskeletal practices have assessed and recommended these vendors provides a level of trust and confidence that’s hard to match. This program simplifies the decision-making process, as I can rely on my peers’ firsthand experiences and judgment to guide me toward quality, compliant and efficient solutions. This peer-driven approach not only saves time but ensures that I’m selecting partners who truly understand and support our practice’s goals, ultimately benefiting our staff and patients alike.”

The American Alliance of Orthopaedic Executives was founded in 1969 and is the only nonprofit orthopedic management-specific organization developed to serve the musculoskeletal industry. Membership includes more than 1,100 orthopedic practice executives, administrators, physicians, and their staff. AAOE provides education, community, and resources to set the standard of professional knowledge and industry insight.

For more than 35 years, Venel has exclusively pioneered orthopedic patient-growth strategies for practices nationwide, guiding thousands of orthopedic surgeons through intricate discussions on business development, strategic practice positioning, and tactical execution that fosters sustainable growth year after year.
